The socialite and reality star attended several parties in New York over the weekend — but, according to reports, Kim was there without her new husband Kris Humphries.
New York Post gossip column Page Six reports that on Saturday night, Humphries did a disappearing act as Kim — who was dressed as Poison Ivy in a green bustier outfit and red wig — hosted a Midori party at Lavo in Midtown.
“Kris was supposed to there but flew home to see his family in Minnesota instead,” a source said.
Yesterday Kim flew to Australia, but her original flight was canceled, so she had to drive late Saturday night after the party to Philadelphia to get a flight out from there.
We recently reported how Kim was unhappy in her marriage to Kris.
“Kim’s miserable,” a source told America’s Life & Style magazine.
“They’re always fighting.
“Kim said to herself, ‘I didn’t know marriage was going to be so hard. With all this travel and work, it’s been a big adjustment for both of us’.
“She doesn’t feel like she’s ready for the commitment.
“Kim feels this all happened too soon, that she didn’t take time to get to know Kris. She’s embarrassed — she rushed into things, and now she’s stuck.
“Kim is definitely worried that Kris isn’t mature enough and could be using her for her money — especially since he’s not working right now with the NBA lockout.
“He tries to have creative input in Kourtney & Kim Take New York. It’s her show, and he tries to dominate it.”
