Jenelle Evans and two passengers, including her 2-year-old son Jace, were taken by ambulance to a Wilmington, N.C., hospital yesterday after a car crash.
The Teen Mom star drove a Chevy HHR into a light pole.
Stunningly, alcohol and drugs were not involved at all.
Jenelle Evans and the 18-year-old female passenger in the front with her were treated for minor injuries from sliding forward and hitting the dashboard.
Jace, strapped into his car seat in the back, was fine." Evans took to Twitter right afterward to explain what happened ... and preemptively call out TMZ.
"Just got into an accident :( LOOK TMZ... I Crashed into a pole in a parking lot going 10mph no drugs involved I'm clean. Jace is fine I'm injured in the hospital alone."
"My mom took jace home and wouldn't wait for me."
Come on Jenelle. First of, TMZ may be shady but they are aren't liars. Fools know their celebrity gossip. Second ... you're Jenelle Evans. Enough said.
Police have not determined whether Evans will be cited.
